IMDG Code Ship Operator Course – English
This e-learning course is intended for personnel involved in maritime dangerous goods operations as ship operators. It introduces the IMDG Code requirements relevant to the work performed. Under the IMDG Code, training should correspond to each employee’s actual duties; a named course certificate is not a universal statutory qualification.

- IMO conventions, maritime transport legislation and international requirements
- Dangerous goods classes, labels, packing groups and safety
- Segregation and general provisions
- Documentation and limited quantities
- Ship operations
- IMO port recommendations, the Convention for Safe Containers, incident response and fire prevention
Assessment and learning time
